By accessing or using this website and services of MetHills, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms govern the relationship between you (the “user,” “visitor,” or “client”) and MetHills (the “company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

• Purpose of T&C: These Terms are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and MetHills as the website and service provider.

• Scope: These Terms apply to all visitors of the MetHills website, participants of AaMoksha (Soul) offerings, and clients engaging with MetHills consulting or coaching services.

• Flexibility: MetHills reserves the right to modify or update its offerings, content, and policies at any time, without prior notice, in order to meet evolving needs.

• Eligibility and Use of Website/Services

  • 18+ year age is allowed to access or engage with MetHills services.

  • Parental or guardian consent requirements where applicable.

• Payments and Refunds

  • Cash or UPI advance payment only for consulting, coaching, or retreats.

  • Refund is only applicable if session is booked and not taken, and 20% will be deducted from paid amount as admin cost. 

  • Cancellations is only eligible 2 days prior to the booked event, session

  • Rescheduling shall be restricted and will need 20% additional cost. 

• Intellectual Property

  • Clarification that all content (text, videos, graphics, methodologies, resources) on this website is owned by MetHills and protected under intellectual property laws.

  • Few client logos are taken generally as we worked with them directly or indirectly. 

  • Restrictions on reproduction, distribution, or use without prior consent. Please do not use any material without written approval

• Service Changes and Availability

  • A declaration that MetHills may update or change its offerings at any time.

  • Limitation of liability for interruptions, delays, or service modifications.

• Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Services, retreats, and coaching provided are for personal and professional growth purposes.

  • No guarantees of specific results in employment, health, wealth, or spirituality are promised.

• Termination and Suspension

  • The right of MetHills to suspend or cancel accounts or services for misuse, violation of policies, or inappropriate conduct.

• Privacy and Data

  • Your personal information will be kept for our own internal records and it will never be shared with any other party

  • Your email ID, Mobile, address etc. will be kept for our own records

  • For life coaching, career counselling, Your personal information and context will always be kept confidential

  • For HR Business consulting, all data, project info, client and employee information will be kept confidential

• Limitation of Liability

  • Limiting MetHills’ liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of services.

• Governing Law

  • Clarifying the legal jurisdiction under which these Terms will be interpreted and enforced (e.g., Indian law if you’re registering in India, Mohali district, Punjab).
