Refund Policy

At MetHills, we value the trust of our clients and strive to maintain fairness and transparency in all transactions. Please read the following policy carefully before making a booking for consulting, coaching, or retreats.

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

1. Payment Terms

• All bookings are accepted only against advance payment through Cash or UPI.

• Payments must be completed at the time of booking to confirm your session, consultation, or retreat.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only if a session/event is booked but not taken.

• In such cases, 20% of the paid amount will be deducted as administrative cost, and the balance will be refunded.

• No refunds will be made for:

  • Non-attendance or no-shows.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled event/session.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are only eligible if requested at least 2 days prior to the booked event/session.

• Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the event/session are not eligible for refund.
  20% cancellation fee will be taken

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling of any session, consultation, or retreat is restricted and subject to availability.

• If permitted, rescheduling will require payment of an additional 20% of the original booking cost.

5. Policy Updates

• MetHills reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website and deemed effective immediately.
