About Me – Vipin Sharma
Founder of MetHills | HR Leader | Corporate Trainer & Life Coach | Musician | Spiritual Coach

For over 25 years, I have walked the path of Human Resources and Organizational Development, working across industries and geographies. My journey began as an HR Manager in India, where I learned the foundations of people management, employee relations, and talent development.

With dedication, learning, and a deep passion for people, I grew into leadership roles — eventually becoming a Global HR Director, managing HR operations across the USA, UK, Netherlands, Singapore, and India.

During this journey, I witnessed the evolving challenges of businesses and employees — skill gaps, disengagement, outdated HR practices, and the growing need for human-centered leadership. This inspired me to shape HR into something beyond policies and processes: a true strategic growth partner for businesses and employees alike.

Today, through MetHills, I bring these decades of HR expertise to organizations as a trusted HR Business Partner, helping them modernize systems, build future-ready leaders, and create thriving workplaces.

Parallel to my corporate career, I felt a calling to impact lives more directly. Over the years, I trained and coached hundreds of individuals in areas of:

My Music & Creative Journey in MetHills

For me, music is not just sound — it is therapy, joy, and connection. My personal love for singing, guitar, and devotional music became a way to express emotions and bring healing energy into life.

At MetHills, music flows as part of the Life Coaching journey — through creative workshops, musical meditation, and using rhythm as a tool for relaxation, fun, and reconnecting with oneself.

Because sometimes, the best way to heal and grow is to simply sing your soul free.

My Spiritual Journey – From Seeker to Spiritual Coach
The deepest layer of my journey is spiritual. Over time, I felt a strong connection to Krishna, Radha, and the eternal wisdom of the Gita. My visits to temples, my chanting practices, and my reflections on life’s challenges helped me realize that true happiness lies in alignment of the soul with divine purpose.
Life tested me with family struggles, career uncertainty, and personal challenges — but in those very storms, I discovered the inner anchor of spirituality. From that awakening grew my path as a Spiritual Coach.
Today, through MetHills, I walk alongside spiritual seekers — helping them find peace, purpose, and devotion through meditation, chanting, spiritual counselling, and conscious living practices.
